Use your GutSlim pack as directed and track daily in GutZilla for 30 days. If you don't see results, we refund your pack. Terms apply.
Conditions
- Track in GutZilla for the full 30-day window — at least 24 of 30 completed check-in days.
- Log your GutSlim supplement doses daily — at least 80% supplement adherence.
- Your Shopify order must be verified by our team (enter your order number in onboarding).
- One guarantee claim per customer.
- The claim window opens on day 30 and closes 14 days later.
- If you don't see results — no weight change or no improvement in your Gut Score — submit your claim with a short reason in the app.
- Approved refunds are paid via the Velobiotics GutSlim store (your original payment method).
